TERMS & CONDITIONS
By accessing and using ARTOS, you agree to the following terms. Products are available while stocks last and prices are in EUR and may change without prior notice. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, after which they will be processed and shipped. The company is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or other third parties and shipping times are estimates. All payments are processed securely via Viva Wallet, IRIS Payments and bank account transfer. No full payment card details are stored on our servers. These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and any disputes arising from or related to the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
SHIPPING
We currently ship orders within Greece and Cyprus using trusted courier services. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier operations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant shipping details. We can also arrange worldwide shipping upon request. If you would like your order shipped outside Greece or Cyprus, please contact us at atelier@artosofficial.com before placing your order and we will inform you of the available shipping options and the applicable shipping costs. ARTOS is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, or other third-party services involved in the delivery process.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you change your mind, you may return products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. To return an item, contact us at atelier@artosofficial.com for instructions. Pack the item carefully to avoid damage and ship it back using your preferred carrier. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Refunds are issued to the same payment method and are processed securely via Stripe within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Personalized, custom or sale items cannot be returned.
