Shipping within Greece and Cyprus is available via BoxNow (5,00 โฌ). For orders over 150,00 โฌ, shipping is free.
Delivery via BoxNow is made to the selected BoxNow locker for convenient collection. If you prefer an alternative shipping method, this can be arranged upon request.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
We can also arrange worldwide shipping upon request. If you would like your order shipped outside Greece or Cyprus, please contact us at atelier@artosofficial.com before placing your order and we will inform you of the available shipping options and the applicable shipping costs.

Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your item withinย 14 days of receiptย provided that it is in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

You may return the product usingย BoxNowย or a carrier of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up toย 14 daysย for the refund to appear in your account. Returns for customized or personalized items may be subject to specific conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
